We're hiring Front Desk Assistants for a busy front-of-house environment in Dayton, OH. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys welcoming people, working as part of a team and staying productive throughout the day.

Immediate hiring available What Your Shift Could Look Like Greeting visitors and guests with a warm, professional welcome Answering phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries Checking in visitors and directing them to the right person or place Managing bookings, appointments and the front desk diary Handling payments, receipts and basic administrative tasks Keeping the reception and waiting areas tidy and presentable Receiving deliveries and passing messages to the right team members Supporting teammates during busy periods Following procedures for safety, security and visitor management The Type of Person We're Looking For You don't need years of experience for this role — we're more interested in reliability, attitude and willingness to learn.

Friendly and approachable with good communication skills Confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone Dependable with strong attendance and timekeeping Well presented with a professional manner Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure Flexible with shifts including weekends and evenings Happy to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in reception, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential.
