Our hotel is seeking an experienced Front Desk Clerk. The ideal candidate will be friendly, hard-working and able to handle a busy front desk. The Front desk agent will be responsible for checking in and checking out guests, processing payments and overseeing the daily operation of the hotel. Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet visitors to hotel. Assist visitors in obtaining reservations and in general information about hotel services and activities. Answer questions about hotel facilities and services. Answer questions about local attractions and commuter services. Provide information over the telephone on things such as room availability, rates, charges, and local activities. Attend to problems that may arise during regular business hours with that particular department.
