Description The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing and shipping inventory to our customer and stores. Following and meeting department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in a Distribution Center environment. The base salary for this position is $17.00/hr. Job Responsibilities:
Follow department SOP's to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the
DC Minimum Salary:
$17.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for the duration of shift with breaks Self-motivated and team-oriented We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
