Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Front Desk Agent (2nd Shift) Home2 Suites by Hilton / Tru by Hilton - Grove City We are currently hiring a Front Desk Agent for 2nd shift (afternoons/evenings) at our dual-brand hotel in Grove City.
Pay:
Starting at $15/hour
Shift:
2nd Shift (afternoon/evening)
Responsibilities:
Check in / check out guests in a friendly, professional manner Handle reservations and guest requests Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist guests with any needs during their stay Coordinate with housekeeping and hotel departments What we're looking for: Positive, dependable, guest-focused attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work 2nd shift hours Hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Benefits (Full-Time Associates): Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Hilton Team Member Travel Discount Program If you enjoy working with people and being part of a great hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you!
