Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your energetic and friendly approach will help create memorable stays while efficiently managing reservations, guest inquiries, and hotel operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and address guest needs promptly. Manage reservations using property management system. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Respond swiftly to guest requests or complaints, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details for smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Strong communication skills, including phone communication and multi-line phone system handling.
