Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent f to provide exceptional hospitality and guest services to our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and providing top-notch customer service. This role is a crucial part of our hotel team, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated to excellence and has a passion for the hospitality industry.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival, provide check-in and check-out services, and handle guest inquiries and concerns.
- Manage front desk operations, including managing room assignments, handling lost and found items, and coordinating with housekeeping.
- Provide excellent guest relations, including addressing any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and messages in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring all guests receive timely and accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and its services, including local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Utilize the hotel's property management system to update guest information, manage room reservations, and handle billing and payment processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform night audit duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests leave the hotel with a positive impression.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or hotel management role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and principles.
- Certification in hospitality or hotel management is an asset.
