In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences from check-in to check-out. You'll manage guest relations with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be key as you navigate a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. What you'll do Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for their stay. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain hotel management systems. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Assist in managing guest relations by resolving issues or complaints effectively and courteously. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide guests with valuable recommendations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is preferred. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently. Ability to perform night audits accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong guest relations and teamwork.
