We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with guests and can handle the front desk without needing to be watched all the time.

Job Duties:

Check guests in and out Make and modify reservations Answer phones and help guests Collect room payments and security deposits Verify guest ID and make sure all guest information is entered correctly Handle cash and credit card payments Keep good notes on guest accounts Handle guest concerns in a professional way Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance Keep the lobby and front desk clean Follow all hotel and Choice Hotels policies Help with other front desk duties when needed

What We Are Looking For:

Hotel front desk experience is preferred Choice Advantage experience is a big plus Must be dependable and on time Good customer service skills Comfortable using computers Able to work independently Must pay attention to details Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when scheduled We are looking for someone who wants to work and be part of the team. Dependability is very important to us. If you are scheduled, we expect you to be here and ready to work. Full-time and part-time positions available.
