Front Desk Agent - First & Second (7:00A-3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Hampton Inn & Suites Port Clinton Catawba Island Port Clinton, OH Pay:
Starting at $14.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-time and Part-time available Year-round position Join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Port Clinton Catawba Island! We are seeking a dependable, professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service during our second shift (3PM-11PM). As the face of our hotel during one of our busiest arrival times, this role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest concerns, and maintaining the overall presentation of the lobby and front desk area. This position plays a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth evening operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and efficiency Answer and direct phone calls Process reservations and manage guest accounts accurately Handle guest concerns calmly and effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk Complete assigned side work (laundry folding, light cleaning, stocking, etc.) Communicate important information to the team Follow Hilton brand standards and property policies
Qualifications:
