Job Description
Job Summary Country Inn & Suites in Port Clinton is hiring Front Desk Agents for Night Audit positions. We are looking for reliable, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Front Desk staff are responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling reservations and check-ins, assisting with laundry duties, and helping create a positive guest experience. Night Auditors will also complete overnight reporting and balancing duties. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests Process payments and maintain accurate records Complete nightly audit reports and balance daily transactions (Night Audit) Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel laundry as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and laundry areas Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Requirements Reliable transportation and attendance Weekend and holiday availability required Basic computer and cash handling skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work independently Must be dependable and able to work evening or overnight shifts Ability to perform light physical work, including laundry duties Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
