Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or concerns while maintaining excellent customer service standards Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure safety and security of guests and staff at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
