Job Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by position and may include: Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude Checking guests in and out efficiently Providing outstanding customer service throughout each guest's stay Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Marriott brand standards Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, public restrooms, fitness center, breakfast area, elevators, entrances, and other guest spaces Preparing, stocking, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area Responding promptly to guest requests and assisting other departments as needed Following all hotel safety, cleanliness, and Marriott brand standards Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Previous hotel, hospitality, housekeeping, restaurant, retail, customer service, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required Why Join Our Team?
