Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor / 2nd Shift Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests during the overnight hours. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in hotel , guest relations, and communication will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps our guests satisfied and coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality skills with night-time operations, all while working in a vibrant hotel setting. Responsibilities Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during the overnight shift, ensuring accuracy and friendliness. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to maintain financial accuracy and reporting. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette. Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support seamless operations. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, managing multi-line phone systems, and processing guest requests. Provide guest services that enhance overall satisfaction, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and hospitality support. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within a hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel operations. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm. Familiarity with hospitality management software and hotel experience is preferred. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence. $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
