Front Desk Agent Pay:

$13•$14 per hour

If you enjoy creating a welcoming experience, solving problems with a smile, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Position Details:

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00 PM, 3:00PM•11:00

PM Availability:

Full-time, Part-time What We're Looking For:

A positive, professional attitude every day Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Great communication skills and a passion for guest service

Daily Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out with efficiency and care Handle phone calls and make reservations Manage credit card and cash transactions Provide directions and local recommendations Communicate effectively with all hotel departments Follow daily checklists and standard procedures Assist guests with any needs or concerns promptly and professionally
