Front Desk Agent Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa/Broken Arrow - 3.5 Broken Arrow, OK Job Details Part-time | Full-time $13 - $15 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude. Process payments, authorizations, refunds, and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction. Assign rooms based on guest preferences and hotel availability. Sell room upgrades and promote hotel amenities whenever appropriate. Maintain accurate guest records using the property's hotel management system. Monitor lobby appearance and keep the front desk area clean and organized. Prepare daily reports and complete shift paperwork. Communicate important information to the next shift through shift notes and pass-down logs. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow hotel safety and security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management software. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use office equipment. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Desired Skills Outstanding customer service skills.
