You are tasked with welcoming and serving our guests at the front desk in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. You greet arriving guests, settle their accounts, offer assistance and concierge services throughout their stay. As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good computer skills, accurately handle cash and charges, present a friendly, outgoing energetic and guest service oriented demeanor. You are a ambassador of the hotel as you greet guests when they arrive at the hotel. As the first and last person a guest interacts with, you are the first and last impression of our hotel. You communicate with the rest of the staff to ensure the guests' experience is perfect from check-in to check-out. You take pride in your work, and the hotel to make sure that we exceed our guests' expectations.
Ideal Canididates:
You are outgoing, friendly and can communicate professionally with our guests, your supervisor and your co-workers. Previous experience in a similar position or within a hotel is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal. Guest service demeanor is required. Candidates should be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude. Ability to speak English. You take pride in your work. You work with professionalism and integrity. Schedule is Saturday-Wednesday Full time 8 hours 5 days a week. Saturday and Sunday hours are 6am -2pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday hours are 2pm-10pm with Thursday and Friday off. If this is you, please apply today!
