Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while handling guest inquiries and requests. Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Address guest concerns or issues promptly, striving to provide satisfactory resolutions to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and effective communication. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. A background in night audit processes is advantageous for candidates applying for evening shifts.
