Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly. Conduct night audits when required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Manage guest relations proactively by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed diligently. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating guest information as needed. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a strong advantage for engaging with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management systems (such as Opera, Maestro, or similar platforms) is beneficial. Experience handling night audits or working during overnight shifts is a plus. Knowledge of resort operations or luxury hotel environments enhances your suitability for this role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records.
