Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our lobby area is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for all guests. This position is essential in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience in our hospitality environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the whole hotel, including floors, furniture, and decor. Perform regular floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Janitorial tasks as needed throughout the facility to support overall cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure seamless operations and high standards of cleanliness. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of floor care techniques. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks as required. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality.
