Front Desk Staff

Front Desk / Kennel Attendant Position R&R Pet Resort Do you love animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? R&R Pet Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our front desk team!

Responsibilities:

• Checking pets in and out
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Scheduling appointments and managing reservations
• Running dogs to and from kennels/activities
• Cleaning and organizing the front lobby area
• Communicating with back staff and supervisors
• Providing excellent customer service in a busy environment

Requirements:

✔ Must love animals ✔ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance ✔ Comfortable working on your feet most of the shift ✔ Able to multitask and stay organized during busy times ✔ Team player with a positive attitude ✔ Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes ✔ Computer and phone skills preferred ✔ Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed This is a hands-on position that combines customer service with animal care.
