Job Overview We're excited to add a new member to our team! Americas Best Value Inn in Phoenix is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to help create a welcoming experience for our guests.

Schedule:

Evening shifts Weekdays and weekends required

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized Work with housekeeping and management to ensure a great guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is preferred Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Training Provided While hotel experience is a plus, we're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and enjoys working with people.
