Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests , ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while maintaining the integrity of our property's financial records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere, uphold hotel standards, and support smooth operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for guest service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a positive first impression Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including reservations, payments, and adjustments Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues promptly Follow hotel emergency procedures and protocols to ensure guest safety at all times Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Skills Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong knowledge of property software systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude and phone etiquette Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations Ability to handle customer service problem-solving efficiently and professionally Exceptional communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person during late hours Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred to understand the nuances of hospitality operations Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences while working in an energetic environment that values your dedication and expertise.
