This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Process reservations, payments, and cancellations accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all front desk procedures and policies
  • Answer phones, manage messages, and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn hotel software systems
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
