Job Summary Seeking Night audit for 2 days a week and possibly 3 second shifts for full time. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage overnight reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation. Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with exceptional hospitality management skills, demonstrating patience and problem-solving abilities. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and ensure property safety during the night shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication and relations. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction via phone and in person. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality service. Previous experience with resort properties or large-scale hotels is a plus.
