Front Desk Staff Shifts:
Monday - Sunday 4 pm to 12 am Primarily, with the occasional daylight shift. Weekend shifts are required for this position! Open availability is ideal. Part time: estimating up to 32 hours a week. Opportunity for full time in the future based on performance and business needs Pay rate: $16 / hour
Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, professional customer oriented Front Desk Attendant to be responsible for front desk operations to include providing customer service, assisting guests and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment and that guests have a positive experience.
Duties include:
Greet guests and make them feel welcome Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, handle incoming reservations Process payments and operate point of sale system Register guests, assign rooms, and check guests out Issue room keys and provide location instructions Guest services to include providing information about parking and services Handle guest complaints / problems, and respond to their needs and concerns Maintain the lobby and work area, and ensure front desk coverage Know all essential aspects of our resort and hotel operations. Act as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus Basic computer and POS system experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
