Join Our Team! The Ramada by Wyndham is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional guest service, we'd love to hear from you! As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
Check guests in and out efficiently
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Follow hotel policies and safety procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service during every guest interaction
Qualifications
Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
