Job Description
Holiday Inn Express is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing daily accounting and front desk responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in hospitality—no prior experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out. Answer guest questions and respond to requests in a friendly, professional manner. Process reservations, payments, and room assignments. Complete the nightly audit and balance daily financial transactions. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours. Handle phone calls and assist with guest concerns as needed. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior hotel or hospitality experience required—training provided. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Must be at least 18 years of age.
