Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage guest reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or Power of M Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and prompt problem-solving skills Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently Process check-outs accurately while managing billing and payment transactions via front desk systems Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times and respond appropriately during incidents or emergencies Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA, Power of M or property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is a plus Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving capabilities Previous experience in hotel management or resort environments is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating extraordinary guest experiences!
