Job Summary Open Shifts 7am-3pm ( only available 2 days a week ) 3pm-11pm (weekends only) 11pm-7am Top 32 a week -weekends are a must $1 an hour after offer for shift difference We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Staff to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages accurately to relevant staff members. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records. Support office management by scheduling reservations, managing reservations and special requests Assist with client communication and provide customer support to ensure satisfaction. Perform general administrative duties including typing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting daily office operations. Handling of laundry ( property not guests ) Handling of cash and card Requirements Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse clients and visitors effectively. Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties. Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities. Ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry accurately. Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive needs.
