We are currently seeking a qualified individual with a high level of professionalism to fill a front desk position. The applicant must have strong communication skills and a desire to succeed in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting all guests as they arrive. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Accommodate guest requests. Take incoming phone calls and assist in any way needed. Make guest reservations over the telephone or in person. Assist guests by providing directions or recommending local amenities or attractions. Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any problems in a timely and satisfactory manner. Maintain a clean and neat front desk area. Process reports and handle end of shift paperwork and account balancing Communicate professionally and thoroughly with all hotel associates.

Key requirements:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Flexible availability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Friendly phone demeanor is a must. An outgoing personality. Desire to succeed and self-motivated. Ability to pass background check.
