Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel experience Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through hospitality reservation systems with accuracy and professionalism Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests while adhering to hotel policies and emergency procedures Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues swiftly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs diplomatically and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client communication in diverse communities Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system operation and professional phone etiquette Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a friendly, energetic attitude under pressure Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required Join us in creating exceptional experiences for our guests!
