Job Description

Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS), including SYNXIS or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle multi-line phone systems with polished phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying identification and payment details, maintaining accurate records Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently Maintain guest relations by providing local information, resolving concerns proactively, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems Previous night audit experience is a plus for those interested in additional hotel management responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
