Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle check in , check out, reservations, and all guest questions and concerns. Maintain accurate records throughout your shift. Support client communication via phone, email, or in-person interactions with excellent customer service skills Qualifications Proven office experience with strong computer literacy. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Demonstrated organizational skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities Previous roles such as hotel and customer service. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
