Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a positive environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering outstanding guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and reservation software Handle guest inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Assist guests with room assignments, billing questions, and special requests to enhance their stay Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Maintain guest records, manage reservations, and update booking information promptly Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints, resolving issues with professionalism Skills Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred (not required) Basic computer skills (experience with PEP is a plus) Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations Familiarity with guest services practices, including concierge duties and guest relations management Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive interactions Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Experience with PEP preferred but not necessary This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
