Job Description

The Glamping Collective |

Chattanooga Asheville Future Properties Starting Pay:

$18/hour

+ Monthly Bonus Opportunities

+ Sales Contests Full or Part Time | Primarily Remote | Occasional Resort Coverage Required The Glamping Collective is looking for a Guest Services Sales Agent to join our growing team as we expand our luxury glamping properties in Chattanooga, Asheville, and future locations. This is a unique hospitality position for someone who loves talking to people, selling an experience, solving problems, and making guests feel taken care of. You will be the voice of The Glamping Collective for many of our guests — often their very first interaction with us. We're looking for someone with a voice and personality that makes people want to keep talking rather than hang up! What You'll Do Sales & Reservations Answer inbound calls and inquiries and turn prospective guests into confirmed reservations. Educate potential guests about our resorts, amenities, activities, guest experiences and regional highlights. Provide real-time concierge service during the reservation conversation and identify opportunities to enhance the guest's stay. Promote upgrades, additional nights, packages, activities, and other guest experiences. Follow up with previous guests through outbound calls to encourage rebooking and introduce new offers, properties, and experiences. Assist guests with reservation changes, questions, and special requests. Guest Services & Problem Solving Assist guests with questions and needs while they are on property. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to quickly resolve guest requests and issues. Listen carefully to guest complaints, take ownership of the situation, and find appropriate solutions. Follow issues through to resolution rather than simply passing them along. Improving the Guest Experience Identify opportunities to improve company processes, communication, and the overall guest experience. Share recurring guest questions, complaints, and suggestions with management. Help identify ways to make the reservation and guest journey easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. Become highly knowledgeable about each Glamping Collective property so you can confidently represent the entire brand. What We're Looking For The right person will be: Naturally personable and engaging on the phone. Confident asking for the sale and closing a reservation. A strong listener who can understand what a guest actually needs. Calm and solution-oriented when dealing with complaints or difficult situations. Comfortable learning and using technology, reservation systems, communication platforms, and other software. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant supervision. Professional, dependable, and responsive. Preferred Experience Sales and customer service experience is preferred, but personality, communication skills, work ethic, and the ability to learn may be more important than a particular résumé. Work Environment This position is primarily work-from-home, with occasional time required at our resort properties in the Chattanooga and Asheville areas. Because you will be handling guest calls, you must have: A dedicated, quiet work area where calls can be taken privately. Reliable high-speed internet. A computer and technology setup capable of supporting the required systems. Available to work some evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and rare travel
