Front Desk Associate -

Shelter Harbor Inn Location:

Westerly, RI We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team at Shelter Harbor Inn. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests in a warm, professional manner Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries promptly Provide local information and recommendations Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (experience with reservation systems a plus) Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
