In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services through multi-line phone systems and in person Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and problem-solving skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments during night audits or shift changes Enforce hotel emergency procedures promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and client communication best practices Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems (such as OPERA) and property management systems (PMS) Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations strategies to handle various situations confidently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail during night audits and guest service interactions Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays in a moderately-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes every guest feel special!
