Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk and/or Night Audit Associate, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of hospitality management, guest relations, and operational efficiency. Whether assisting guests with inquiries, handling reservations, or conducting night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, you'll be at the heart of our hotel's success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay Manage hotel reservations using property management systems Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests to enhance their experience Conduct night audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety at all times Maintain guest records accurately and update property management systems to reflect current information Address guest concerns promptly, employing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently Support front desk operations during busy periods by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Experience Prior experience in hospitality and front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems (PMS) Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is desirable Experience working night shifts or in a night audit capacity preferred Strong communication skills via phone and face-to-face interactions are critical for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
