We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience. Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with check-out procedures and process payments as required. Must be on time and able to work any shift
THIS POSITION IS FULL-TIME NO EXCEPTIONS
Skills Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously. Previous hotel experience is an advantage, particularly in guest services or hospitality roles. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is beneficial for providing top-notch service.
