Front Desk Guest Service Representative - Evening/Overnight Relief Looking for a dependable, friendly night owl to join our hotel team! We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Guest Service Representative at our extended-stay hotel. This is our relief/floater position , covering both evening and overnight shifts and helping keep the hotel running smoothly 24/7. Schedule This is a 4-day-per-week position consisting of: Two 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM shifts Two 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts Because hotels never close, weekend and holiday availability is required. What You'll Do This isn't a position where you'll just sit behind a desk! Our front desk team plays an important role in both guest service and hotel operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Answer phones and assist with guest questions and requests Resolve guest concerns using good judgment and problem-solving skills Provide information about hotel services and the surrounding area Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens Clean and maintain the lobby, front desk, office, and other public areas Complete assigned shift duties and help ensure the hotel is ready for the next shift What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Friendly with excellent customer service skills Comfortable working independently, especially overnight Able to multitask and stay productive during slower periods Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic hotel systems Able to handle cash and payments responsibly Willing to assist with both front desk and light cleaning/laundry duties Available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right person!
