Guest Experience Agent Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Guest Experience Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility and will include being on-call for after-hours guest inquiries and assistance approximately 2-3 nights per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions Assist guests with reservations, questions, special requests, and stay-related needs Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and efficiently Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate guest and reservation records Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment Participate in rotating after-hours on-call guest support

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Customer service, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus Proficiency with computers and reservation/property management systems is a plus Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
