  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and fostering guest relations. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate information is recorded. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing reservations and inquiries promptly. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations through the hotel management system. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service, particularly within the hotel or guest services industry. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
