In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures smooth front desk operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering prompt and courteous assistance with room requests, directions, and general information. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and accurately. Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, employing customer service problem-solving techniques to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to support excellent service delivery. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times, especially during night audits or late-night shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as PEP or property management systems (PMS). Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner. Ability to solve customer service issues swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous experience working night audits or managing guest services in resort settings is preferred. $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
