Front Desk Agent

Full Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries Provide information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Keep front desk and lobby area clean and organized

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills required Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable and punctual

Schedule:

Part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
