Job Description
Overview Join our team as our Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality environment and the key to maintaining a pristine, comfortable space for our guests. This role combines the essential duties of ensuring cleanliness and order with providing exceptional front desk service, creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that guests love to return to. • There are no onsite living conditions for this position. This position will be Monday - Friday 5pm to 10pm Duties Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, checking in guests, handling reservations, and providing information about amenities and services. Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, reception desks, and other guest-facing spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality. Manage the motel kitchen and serve food to patrons Support hospitality functions by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and uphold the overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectations, desired but not required. Outstanding communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting supplies, and bending as needed. Ability to adhere to proper food handling requirements and guidelines
