We are seeking a dependable and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Tru by Hilton in Alcoa, TN. This position requires someone who is reliable, professional, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Schedule:

Thursday:

7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Friday-Sunday:

3:00 PM-11:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel systems Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phones and assist with inquiries Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills required
