  • Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date. Handle phone systems to respond to inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Experience with night audits is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
