This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hotel management experience, and the ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and efficiency. Multilingual abilities and hospitality management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest experiences and support our diverse clientele. Duties Manage front desk operations during shifts, including check-ins and check-outs of guests Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with staff Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and billing information Ensure the safety and security of guests and property during shift hours Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting discrepancies, updating guest information, and managing guest requests Support hotel management in maintaining operational standards and procedures during night hours Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse guest base effectively Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality or hotel experience is highly advantageous Flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring seamless operations while providing memorable guest experiences.
