Job Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service and efficient operations. You will manage front desk activities, assist with guest inquiries, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. What you'll do Greet guests warmly and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and direct inquiries appropriately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing personalized service tailored to individual preferences. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficiency in hotel management software and front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Experience with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Proven track record in guest services within a resort or hotel environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and team members alike. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
