Front Desk Associate Location:

West Knoxville, TN Pay:

$16.00-$16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Associate to join a hospitality team in West Knoxville. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, delivers excellent guest service, and has the flexibility to work varying shifts. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist with guest check-in, check-out, questions, and requests. Respond to guest concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain a professional and organized front desk area. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and hotel management. Perform additional front desk and guest service duties as needed. Qualifications Strong guest service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Hospitality or hotel experience is highly preferred. Experience with Marriott FOSSE and Power of M is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have open availability , including weekends and holidays as needed. Must be available to work either the 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. shift based on scheduling needs.
